Located in the Wagener Terrace section of Downtown Charleston, this project started out as a garage/shed. Half the walls were missing. The floor was cracked cement. The wood was damaged. Most people would have walked away.

We saw something different. We tore it down to the studs and rebuilt it from scratch — acoustically treated rooms, world-class gear, and a vibe that can't be manufactured.

Today, The Shed is a state-of-the-art recording, rehearsal, and mix studio. Perfect for singer/songwriters, small bands, engineers mixing or mastering projects, and everyone in between.
